Privacy Policy

1. Who provides the service

DARIVIA - Personal Product Advisor is published by Yuri Khechoyan and powered by DTI. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to contact@darivia.com.

2. Information processed

Depending on how you use the advisor, the service may process:

• the current request and relevant conversation context that ChatGPT sends when it calls the advisor's tools;
• an account identifier and basic account information received through Google sign-in and Auth0 when you connect a persistent profile;
• saved personalisation information that you have authorised for the current consultation;
• information you provide about a choice, including relevant preferences, context and outcomes;
• limited operational and security data needed to run, protect and diagnose the service.

Names, contact details, delivery addresses and payment details are not included in saved choice profiles. DARIVIA does not use this service to store or reconstruct the full ChatGPT conversation.

3. Why information is used

Information is used to provide and maintain the advisory service, personalise a consultation, preserve relevant continuity between choices, improve reliability, prevent abuse and comply with applicable law. The service does not sell personal information.

4. Guest and connected use

You may be able to receive guidance without a saved profile. Persistent profile access requires authentication and permission. Connecting a DTI profile does not give the advisor access to unrelated accounts, brand systems or payment information.

5. Service providers and hosts

Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the product:

• OpenAI, which hosts the ChatGPT conversation and decides when to call the advisor;
• Auth0 by Okta and Google, which provide authentication;
• Render, which hosts the DTI service used by the advisor;
• GitHub Pages, which hosts the public product and policy pages.

The main DARIVIA website uses Google Analytics only after a visitor gives analytics consent. These product and legal pages do not load analytics.

6. Retention and deletion

Account and profile information is retained while it is needed to provide the connected service, maintain its integrity or meet legal and security obligations. You can request deletion of your connected profile and associated DARIVIA records by contacting contact@darivia.com. Limited records may be retained where required for security, dispute prevention or applicable law.

7. Your choices and rights

You can choose whether to connect a persistent profile, revoke the advisor's access in ChatGPT, correct relevant profile information and request access to or deletion of information held by DARIVIA. Additional rights may apply based on your location.

8. Security and international processing

Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own under their applicable safeguards.

9. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, or to a higher minimum age where local law requires it.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated as the service develops. The date above identifies the current version.
