Terms of Service
Terms applying to the use of DARIVIA - Personal Product Advisor.
1. The service
DARIVIA - Personal Product Advisor is published by Yuri Khechoyan and powered by DTI. It provides AI-assisted decision support for choices involving products, services, destinations, providers, plans and packages.
2. Acceptance
By using the advisor, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. Accounts and access
Some functions may be available without a saved profile. Persistent profile functions require authentication and permission. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in account secure and for information submitted through it.
4. Decision support, not a guarantee
The advisor helps structure a choice, conduct research and explain options. Its output may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect and does not guarantee availability, price, quality, suitability or a particular outcome. Verify important facts with the relevant official seller or provider before acting.
The service is not professional medical, legal, financial or other regulated advice. Do not rely on it for emergency or safety-critical decisions.
5. Demonstration integrations and external sources
Some connected functions in the initial release may be demonstrations until enabled for a specific pilot. Research may use public external sources and link to third-party sites. DARIVIA does not control those sites or their content.
6. Purchases and payments
The advisor does not sell products, enter contracts on your behalf or process payment details. Any purchase or other transaction takes place directly between you and the relevant third party under that party's terms.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law, harm others, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, extract private information or misrepresent automated output as verified fact.
8. Intellectual property
The service, software, site content, names and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you permission to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the service or its underlying materials.
9. Availability and changes
The service may be changed, suspended or discontinued, including to improve reliability, protect users or meet platform requirements. Beta and demonstration functions may behave differently as development continues.
10. Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation or error-free results. DARIVIA is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on the service or from third-party products, services or websites. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Contact and changes to these terms
Questions can be sent to contact@darivia.com. These terms may be updated as the service develops. The date above identifies the current version.
